Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn and in their original packaging
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
